Login attempts

You need to provide a better way to contact a live person for customer service on the website. Its so hard to find a number. I was in a situation to help my brother in law who was in medical condition trying to get into his account it was so frustrating to find the number for a live person to contact.

A legitimate wire transfer fir $4950 was sent to my account. The companies' fraud department has declared this a fraud and frozen my card, and I'm unable to get funds by as bank teller. All this and no proof that anything unlawful has been done here. I want this mistake rectified my account to be released, so my card can be used and my status as a customer returned

Feedback on Maria (one of your agents)

The Agent that answered my call did not help me at all. Her name is MARIA.

When she answered the call, I gave her my account number, but she immediately asked what was my call about. She did not ask for my passcode. I had to remind her about it, but she replied that I have to tell her first why I was calling. Her process is not consistent with the response or greeting from your other agents.

Further into the call, I gave her a list of my issues, one of them is regarding a returned check to me that was generated via Bill Pay but she still won't ask for my passcode. I explained the situation of the returned check but she still does not understand the issue. I had to repeat myself many times, and she was still clueless and unapologetic. Finally, out of frustration, I had to yell at her, but she remained unhelpful.

I asked for her manager, but she won't forward the call to her manager. I was so pissed and hang up on her. I called again and got another agent, Ana Garcia, who was awesome, knew what she was doing, and was able to help me effectively in 5 minutes. It was a night and day experience between the 2 agents.

I think Maria should not have a customer-facing responsibility. She does not deserve to be in that position. I would appreciate your feedback on how you handled Maria and her poor performance.

Premiere members like me should not be treated the way Maria treated me. Thank you in advance for your action on this matter.

Incompetence at its best

Three unsuccessful attempts to do a wire transfer since 26 July - cannot talk to anyone in wire transfer which is buried within some department. A supervisor was told there was no record of wire transfers even though I have all their acknowledgement emails.

Incompetence.

Closed my account this past Monday and was promised the check would arrive today 5 August (three days later) via FedEx. Well, big surprise. Someone else dropped the ball. So I call and am told they don't use FedEx and, yeah, no one processed the check.

Oh and was also told that they don't use FedEx.

Oh and the check will not arrive in time for a closing tomorrow. Oh and no one gives a flip at Patelco.

There is no excuse for such incompetence.

Banking institutions should be fined for holding people's money hostage.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT PATELCO.

Customer service on mortg

I was mis lead by the mortg rep in 2019 being informed not to have to pay my mortg due to change in rate. this has negatively impacted my score with 2 late 30 and 2 late 60 days affecting all my finances. no one is responding been trying, I make plenty of money and been with them since 1984, my mortg since 2001 has always been on time. Never again!

Questionable loan practices

I'm wondering if my last name has something to do with being declined a loan. I have more in savings than the amount of loan requested, make enough to pay all of my obligations and have a good credit score. Not to mention I have a degree in accounting. My only thought is that the credit unions lending department is racially bias.
